Let’s talk about PMS. If you are suffering from this, you know that it can cause very debilitating symptoms. It can affect your life, most likely your relationships with your family, loved ones, friends, and maybe even coworkers. Often when people are suffering from PMS, there are some significant mood shifts at particular times in the cycle. Quite commonly there can be some pelvic pain and fatigue that goes along with this. Perhaps you’ve tried different options, but are still struggling with this month after month – year after year. Does this sound like what you are going through?
There’s Hope for PMS Sufferers
I’d like to share a story about a client that I worked with who was able to get rid of the PMS symptoms and regain her life. She had been dealing with PMS since she started her cycles. My patient was in a lot of pain throughout the month and she found intercourse uncomfortable. She had many shifts in her mood and her digestion at various times in her cycle.
She was struggling in many aspects of her life and she tried a lot of different things such as birth control, an IUD, acupuncture, and a variety of pain medication to manage her symptoms. Nothing seemed to help at least for the long-term.
After spending lots of money on this and feeling like she had gotten nowhere, she was ready to give up. In a final attempt to try and relieve her symptoms, she made an appointment with me. In evaluating her, I realized several factors led to imbalances in her body that were causing severe PMS and pelvic pain.
I began working with her to figure out where exactly these imbalances were coming from. Through a very detailed plan and a systemized approach, we were able to work on some of the big general imbalances in her body. By adjusting her diet and using various techniques to help her start rebalancing her systems, she slowly started to get rid of the pelvic pain and mood shifts. She was able to get her energy back as well. Now she’s feeling a lot better and can enjoy her life. It took some work on both of our parts. It required a very detailed plan and ongoing support to help her get to the other side, but her commitment and determination were key.
I’d Like to Help You
Often PMS is a symptom of other things in the body being out of balance for quite some time. In the long run, if your hormones are out of balance and this is related to PMS symptoms, you could be at risk for different female cancers, especially as you get older and get closer to menopause. You could also potentially be at risk for bone issues if your hormones are out of balance.
